Maintenance
21 Step hand wash
21-stage Handwash
- A gentle, material-friendly degreaser is applied to the paint and wheels to soften stubborn dirt without mechanical abrasion.
- The loosened dirt is then rinsed off with high pressure.
- The vehicle is washed with a pH-neutral shampoo and a two-bucket system to prevent dirt particles from damaging the paint through the wash mitt.
- The wheels are thoroughly cleaned while still mounted, using a citrus-based, acid-free cleaner and specially designed horsehair brushes.
- Door hinges, fuel caps, wheel arches, and the lower areas of the vehicle are cleaned (if accessible).
- A special body solvent is applied to remove tar, road grime, insect residues, and other petroleum-based contaminants.
- The tires and exterior plastic parts are carefully treated.
- The vehicle is then dried with a “Vehicle Dryer” that produces a peak airflow of over 250 km/h to ensure even hard-to-reach areas are dried.
- Finally, a finish detailer wax is applied for quick sealing of the paint

New car feeling
The reconditioning of a vehicle requires great attention to detail and can take several hours. However, the effort is worthwhile: used cars that look almost new after reconditioning can be sold for up to 15 percent more, depending on the vehicle’s value. Buyers of used cars also benefit, as they can experience a touch of that new car feeling.
How long does a hand wash take ?
A professional hand wash can take between 1-4 hours, depending on the degree of soiling and the size of the vehicle.
Are matte painted cars washed the same as gloss paint ?
Not exactly. For matt painted vehicles we use the matt paint shampoo. This does not contain any gloss-producing substances. Thus, the matt structure of the paint is not affected. In addition, we only use cleaning and care products that are gentle on matte paint.
Does the leather become brittle over time due to the coating ?
No. In order not to close the pores of the leather, we use only Breathable Leather Care.
Can the color be rubbed off after leather coloring?
For leather coloring, we use the same process as the vehicle manufacturer / leather manufacturer. Thus, the leather is worn evenly as in unrepaired parts, so that no color difference is visible.
What to consider when washing the car ?
Washing your car is important to keep its paint clean and maintained. Here are some steps you can follow:
1. prepare materials:
Bucket: use two buckets, one for soap solution and one for clear water, to rinse out the sponge or detergent regularly.
Car wash detergent: Use a mild car wash detergent to avoid damaging the paint.
Sponge or wash mitt: Use a soft sponge or a special wash mitt to avoid scratches.
Microfiber cloths: these are good for drying the car and wiping surfaces.
Water hose with adjustable stream: an adjustable stream helps control water pressure.
2 Preparation:
Make sure your car is in the shade to avoid water spots during washing.
If necessary, let the car cool down before it comes into contact with water.
First rinse the car thoroughly with water to remove coarse dirt and dust.
3. washing process:
Dip the sponge or wash mitt into the soap solution and wash the car in sections from top to bottom. Avoid rubbing off dry dirt as this could cause scratches.
Periodically rinse the sponge in a bucket of clean water to remove dirt particles that could cause scratches.
Be sure to be especially gentle on painted surfaces, windshields and chrome parts.
Do not direct high-pressure cleaners directly at the edges of the film. A minimum distance of approx. 80 cm must be maintained.
4. thorough rinsing:
After you have washed the entire car, rinse it thoroughly with clean water to remove all soap residue.
5. drying:
Use clean, soft microfiber towels to dry the car. Blot the water instead of rubbing it to avoid scratches.
Don’t forget to carefully dry the door frames and other hard-to-reach areas.
